The Evidence Gap
A single officer-involved case can ship terabytes of bodycam, CCTV, dashcam, and phone video. Text-based e-discovery tools summarize the pleadings — and leave the hours of footage to associates scrubbing timestamps. Coreviz is the layer your review platform is missing.
From first-pass review to final production — built for the way litigators actually work.
Search thousands of photos and videos with plain language. No Boolean syntax, no manual tagging — just describe what you need.
Automatic speaker-identified transcripts for depositions, bodycam, and surveillance. Every word timestamp-linked back to source.
CoreViz extracts dates and events from every exhibit to build an interactive timeline — with links back to source evidence.
Uncover hidden relationships between witnesses, documents, and events with AI-powered knowledge graph technology.
Exhibits are auto-classified by type, date, custodian, and relevance on ingest — so your team focuses on strategy, not sorting.
Generate Bates-stamped productions, privilege logs, and exhibit binders in a single click — formatted to jurisdiction specs.
Watch how investigators — and now litigators — surface critical evidence in seconds, not hours.
A secure, end-to-end workflow built around the way litigators work.
Upload any format — videos, images, documents, audio, emails. Processed and indexed automatically.
AI extracts text, transcribes recordings, identifies people and objects, surfaces key facts.
Search by natural language or visual similarity. Build connections, find what matters.
Export Bates-stamped productions with privilege logs — formatted to your jurisdiction.
Attorney-client privilege, chain of custody, and enterprise security — built in, not bolted on.
Role-based access ensures privileged materials are never exposed. Granular tagging of AC and work product documents with a full audit trail.
Every file access, export, and annotation is logged with timestamps and user attribution — an admissible audit trail for every exhibit.
Deploy on your firm's own servers or private cloud. Your client data never touches shared infrastructure. AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem.
“Discovery review is one of the most time-consuming parts of litigation — and most of it is manual sorting through media files that attorneys can't even search. We built Coreviz to give litigation teams the same AI superpowers as forensic investigators, applied directly to the eDiscovery workflow.”

CoreViz supports all major evidence formats: MP4, MOV, AVI video; MP3, WAV, M4A audio; PDF, DOCX, XLSX documents; EML and MSG email files; and images in JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and RAW. Contact us for formats not listed.
CoreViz uses role-based access controls to designate documents as privileged at any point. Privileged materials are excluded from productions by default and tracked separately in an auto-generated privilege log. All access is logged and auditable.
Yes. CoreViz integrates with major eDiscovery and document management systems. We also offer a REST API and data export in standard EDRM XML format for interoperability with Relativity, Everlaw, and other platforms.
Videos and audio files are automatically transcribed with speaker identification and timestamps — linked back to the exact moment in the source recording. Transcription accuracy exceeds 97% for clear recordings.
Coreviz Studio is an evidence discovery and lead generation tool, it does not replace examiner analysis and does not intent to perform analysis or exact matches. While it provides a high-confidence match probability, final verification should always be performed by a qualified expert.
Yes. CoreViz Studio is available as a self-hosted deployment on your firm's own servers or private cloud. Client data never leaves your environment. We support AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premises hardware.
