AI and Automated Media Processing

What data we send and to whom: When you upload images or other media to our Services, that media may be transmitted to third-party AI and cloud services for processing. Specifically, your uploaded media may be sent to the following third-party providers:

Data Minimization: We only send the media or data necessary for each specific processing task. We do not send unnecessary personal information alongside your media unless required by the service.

Third-Party Data Protection: We require that our third-party AI and processing providers maintain data protection standards consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. Each provider processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

By uploading media to our Services, you consent to the transmission and processing of that media by the third-party providers listed above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by discontinuing use of the Services and deleting your account.

  • Analytics providers (Vexo, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Fullstory) – for usage analytics and app performance monitoring, as described in the "Analytics and Usage Tracking" section above
  • Other third-party vendors engaged in providing services in connection with the Website and/or Services
  • Our subsidiaries and affiliated companies
  • Auditors or advisers of our business processes
  • Any potential purchasers or investors in the Company

Data Retention

We retain the information that we collect from our Users for as long as we are providing the Services to the applicable customer.
